      The Residences at the Rit-Carlton Towers

      The 309 luxury condominiums range from 1,084 square foot one bedroom units to a 4,703 square foot four bedroom penthouse.  Although enjoying all the amenitites of the Ritz-Carlton Hotel, the Residences have separate entrances and private lobbies.

      The Sports Club/ LA

      A 100,000 square foot fitness center offering a 10,000 square foot weight training gym and a 6,000 square foot cardio vascular area, group exercise and sports, spa and salon and junior Olympic swimming pool.

      Lowes Theaters Boston Common

      The 19-scree state-of-the-art Cineplex with 4,700 seats and seven private screening rooms is available for video conferencing.

      Top/Down Construction

      Top/Down construction allowed the steel superstructure to be built as the below grade levels were excavated.  Crews sand caissons into the bedrom and then drove steel support columns into the caissons; the columns formed the outline on which the steel superstructure was built.  Simultaneously, sand, clay and fill were excavated as workers built a five-level, below grade parking garage.
